Abbi is one of our associate attorneys, handling family law cases, including divorce, paternity, guardianships, and more.

Abbi’s legal experience before joining the firm includes five years at the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office, handling misdemeanors, felonies, domestic violence, and child abuse and neglect cases. She also practiced family law for a bit prior to joining BIC Legal. Abbi has years of experience in both bench trials, jury trials, and other litigation.

She was born and raised in Navasota, TX, and received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 2012, where she studied psychology and sociology. She then received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2016, where she was the Managing Editor of the American Indian Law Review and had an article published in the same publication. She was also the Problem Writing Director for the Board of Advocates and the treasurer of the Hispanic Law Student Association. During law school, Abbi received the Academic Achievement Awards for her excellence in Legal Research and Writing and Litigation Skills.

Abbi is married with two beautiful children, Cameron and Scarlett, and one beautiful dog, Scotty.
